Wood Consulting

Project Description:

As I enter my senior year of university, I am launching a FREE personal consulting project aimed at supporting businesses in the Minnesota area. The goal is to apply structured problem solving, customer insight, and operational analysis to help business owners identify actionable strategies for growth.

What to Expect

Step 1: Initial Engagement

We'll schedule a 1-2 hour call or in person meeting to learn more about your business, your goals, and the challenges you may be facing.

Step 2: Diagnostics

I’ll take a closer look at your operations, marketing, or customer experience — depending on your needs. This may include observing workflows, reviewing your digital presence, or gathering light customer feedback.

Step 3: Strategy Development

Within 1-2 weeks, I’ll send you a short, actionable strategy brief with 2–3 tailored recommendations. Each suggestion includes data backed observations, rationale, and next steps.

Step 4: Follow-Up Support

We’ll schedule a quick follow-up to go over the strategy and answer any questions. I’ll remain available to support implementation or connect you with helpful resources — all at no cost.

Note: I’ll stay in touch throughout the process and may have a few follow-up questions along the way, but I’ll be mindful not to disrupt your regular business operations.

About Me

Brady Wood

I’ve led 30-mile backpacking trips through freezing rain in Ouachita National Forest and Big Bend National Park, helped construct cost models for multimillion-dollar energy plants, and built a simulated human circulatory system for cardiac research — all before finishing my undergrad.

I am a rising senior Mechanical Engineering student at Texas A&M, incoming MBA candidate, and aspiring strategy consultant. My experience ranges from bridging cross-cultural teams between France and America, to helping old lady’s cross the street. I have never turned down a problem solving opportunity before, and I don’t intend on doing so now.

This summer, I've launched an independent consulting initiative in Minneapolis to help local businesses improve operations, customer experience, and growth strategies. I bring the same discipline and drive I’ve applied on mountain-tops, in research labs, and in the office to every client I work with.

My goal: help you reach your business goals no matter how big or small.
